Shakira Spent Valentines Day Cleaning and Singing SZA!

Shakira: Jaume De Laiguana
It appears that Shakira is not spending this Valentine's Day reminiscing about love songs. Since announcing her breakup with soccer player Gerard Piqué eight months ago, the 46-year-old musician has been publicly criticizing her ex. In a recent TikTok video posted on February 14th, Shakira lip-syncs to SZA's hit song "Kill Bill," which includes lyrics about murdering an ex and his new girlfriend. Although the video has no caption, fans in the comments section believe it was directed towards Piqué. Some fans even commented on how strong Shakira is and how her ex has lost her.
While it is unlikely that Shakira is planning to commit murder, she has had experience with an ex moving on quickly. In her new song "BZRP Music Session #53" with Bizarrap, which debuted at No. 9 on the Billboard Hot 100, she calls out Piqué and his new girlfriend, Clara Chia Marti. She criticizes the new relationship, saying that she does not understand what happened and that Piqué is acting strangely. She also claims that she is worth more than two 22-year-olds and that he traded in luxury items for less valuable ones.
Shakira and Piqué, who have two sons together, announced their separation in June 2022 via a joint statement, asking for privacy for the sake of their children. However, Shakira has not shied away from publicly expressing her feelings towards her ex, and her fans are here for it. Watch her TikTok video below to see her lip-syncing to SZA's "Kill Bill."
