For more than 30 years, Keith Lambert has been at the forefront of environmental innovation. As President and CEO of Oxidizers, a national leader in pollution control systems, Lambert has helped industries across the United States reduce emissions and operate more sustainably. But in true entrepreneurial form, he didn’t stop there.

Today, Lambert is also the founder of InCheq, a cutting-edge mobile app built specifically for factory floors—where operational chaos often reigns and efficiency is the holy grail. InCheq streamlines task management, compliance tracking, and performance monitoring, all from the palm of your hand.
“I built InCheq because I’ve spent decades inside factories,” Lambert said during our conversation. “Too many of them are still running on paper and Post-its. We needed a solution that could simplify operations and make real-time insights accessible for the people on the floor—not just those in the office.”
The result is a sleek, intuitive mobile platform that transforms industrial operations. Whether it's assigning tasks, tracking metrics, or ensuring regulatory compliance, InCheq turns what was once a disjointed, manual process into an efficient digital workflow. In short, it modernizes the heartbeat of manufacturing—one task at a time.
Lambert's dual leadership roles at InCheq and Oxidizers reveal the depth of his industry insight. At Oxidizers, his team services hundreds of industrial sites across the country, from EV manufacturers to food and beverage processors. Their thermal oxidizer systems destroy volatile organic compounds and hazardous air pollutants, playing a critical role in environmental protection.
"Think of it like this," Lambert explained. "Instead of filtering out chemicals, our systems burn them off thermally—safely converting pollutants into water vapor and CO2. It’s high-heat, high-efficiency technology, and essential for anyone releasing emissions during production."
But Lambert isn’t just about technology. He’s about progress. His work with InCheq reflects a growing trend in manufacturing: the embrace of mobile-first platforms to future-proof operations. As factories grapple with labor shortages, strict compliance regulations, and the pressures of digital transformation, tools like InCheq are no longer a luxury—they're a necessity.

That’s why InCheq has already secured meaningful partnerships, including one with the National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC) for their annual conference. Lambert’s approach to tech isn't about flashy features—it’s about practical, boots-on-the-ground solutions that work for real people doing real work.
A New Jersey native and self-described “Jersey kid,” Lambert attributes much of his success to early exposure to entrepreneurship through his father's lighting business. He remembers working on circuit boards as a child—an experience that planted the seeds for a lifelong passion for innovation.
“I’ve seen both sides of the fence—corporate life and startup hustle,” he said. “And what I’ve learned is that the best tech is the kind that makes your day easier, not harder. That’s what we’re doing with InCheq.”
Whether he's improving air quality or optimizing daily workflows, Keith Lambert is proving that smart technology and sustainability can go hand-in-hand on the factory floor. His legacy is one of transformation—fueled by a relentless drive to make industrial spaces cleaner, safer, and more efficient.
